Another exciting month!
This is the time of the year when we cross over into the other half. In Chinese metaphysics the year is divided into two parts between the Solstices. As the Light gives birth to Darkness on Summer Solstice on the 21st of June, the character of events also shifts, meaning that we have already experienced the lightest part of 庚子 Geng Zi.The month of 癸未 Gui Wei begins on the 6th of July. It is ruled by the Purple White Star (PWS) #3.
As it flies into the center of the annual Luo Shu, it brings the fast and rebellious character of ☳ Zhen (Thunder) trigram with it. Zhen trigram belongs to 木Wood element. At the center of annual chart, it reinforces the conflict between the 木Wood and the 金Metal. This conflict is at the core of the many prominent events this year.
Up to this point, we have seen the 金Metal being on the offensive, and now we will be seeing how the 木Wood shows its strength. It is tough and resilient. There is more of it, and the strength of the Metal is now being challenged. By default, the 木Wood cannot attack the 金Metal, but it is capable of eroding Metal’s ability to inflict the damage.
In terms of forecasting, this is what we can expect to see in the nearest future:
The conflict between the US and China will intensify. We can observe how the annual Purple White Star (PWS) #5 in ☳ Zhen is interacting with the monthly PWS#5 in ☱ Dui. In the chart, the PWS#5 carries the most potent energy, but it is also unpredictable. Since the doors are already in clashing relationship with the palaces along the Zhen-Dui axis, we can expect the blame game between the two major powers to continue, eroding the relationship even further.
In the annual chart, July is represented by 坤Kun palace. The components located here are:
辛Xin – 癸Gui, 伤Hurt, 天蓬 Shower, 白虎Tiger and the annual PWS#4. A monthly PWS#9 is joining in. It is activating the palace in such a way, that things become illuminated, because PWS#9 is related to 离Li Palace and 火Fire element.
Monthly PWS#9 in 坤Kun is likely to bring the current health crisis to extreme. As 辛Xin gets revealed in Tian Pan of the stem combination, the virus may become even more widespread. It could become more aggressive, and start spreading faster, affecting more young people, especially in the densely populated countries, such as India. We may also hear about other viruses and toxins, water contamination, and the new viruses crossing over from farmed animals to humans.
There is an increased possibility of the road accidents (白虎Tiger) due to speeding (伤Hurt) and incidents involving people who are intoxicated. Another interpretation of this combination of components could be related to incidents at schools, in hospitals, or in refugee camps. It could signify a marine vessel explosion, or a dam bursting due to flooding or torrential rains. If this was to happen in a heavily populated area, many people could get affected.
In 坎Kan palace, the annual PWS#3 (related to Zhen trigram, representing protesters) is trying to control Death door (related to Kun trigram, representing tradition and history), which is why there have been so many angry protests this year. In June we have seen BLM protests, with fighting, violence, injuries, and the statues (死Death + 天英Grace) plunging into the river (坎Kan).
In the month of July the PWS #8 (Earth) arrives into 坎Kan (Water). It establishes controlling relationship with the palace. It disturbs an inauspicious mix of 腾蛇Snake and 死Death. Let us not forget that 死 Death door in 坎Kan is at its strongest. It has already shown its strength this year, and it looks like it may get stronger.
What the PWS#8 could be bringing in here could relate to environmental events, such as the earthquakes in coastal areas, or explosions in places related to N, S, SW, NE directions.
The governments will continue being under pressure to manage health crisis and the economy. The pressure will be mounting on education and healthcare sectors across the world. In fact, there will be so much pressure onto the existing infrastructure and the global economy, that it may become obvious that major changes need to take place.
Laugh or cry, but the good news is that we are all still here. We are all trying to make changes, and we are all genuinely dedicated to better practices in the way we live. Sooner or later this will be over, and from what we know, it is likely to be later, rather than sooner. We cannot hold our breath for too long. We need to live now. So, we’d better laugh…
